Our Team
Richard Dwumor
Managing Partner
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ACCA (UK) and ICA(Ghana). He holds MBA (Finance) and he is also a Professional Chartered Tax Practitioner and a member of CITG.
Richard has over 15 years of combined industry and consulting experience in the areas of accounting, audit, tax and enterprise applications, and business advisory. He is also passionate about using IT as a business enabler.
Eric Sebastian Awuni
Partner
Eric is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ACCA (UK) and ICA (Ghana). He also holds an MSc in Petroleum, Energy Economics, and Finance from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
He has over 17 years of tax consulting experience in the areas of direct and indirect taxes in both Petroleum and non-petroleum sectors.
Michael Adama
Application Consultant
Michael holds a degree in Information Technology and Diploma in Statistics.
He has over 7 years of experience in computer programming, database management, Windows, and SQL Servers, and great at IT project management
Francis Davour
Associate Consultant, Audit
Francis is an astute professional and a chartered accountant with ICA(Ghana).
He has over 20 years of practice experience at Deloitte and Touche in the areas of accounting, consulting, audit, tax, and enterprise risk management.
He brings to the team the rich experience from one of the big four accounting firms.
